3. Financial Obligations & Payment Structure

  • Payment terms shall be specified in individual project agreements.
  • All invoices are payable within the designated timeframe stipulated in the respective contract.
  • Failure to remit payment within the prescribed period may result in service suspension and/or the imposition of additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Until full payment is received, all intellectual property—including but not limited to designs, source code, and digital assets—shall remain the exclusive property of Best Option Funding Inc..
  • Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights shall be transferred in accordance with the stipulations of the project agreement.
  • Clients are prohibited from reselling, replicating, or disseminating our proprietary work without explicit written authorization.

5. Client Obligations

  • Clients must furnish all necessary materials, feedback, and approvals within a reasonable timeframe to ensure project continuity.
  • Any undue delay caused by failure to provide requisite inputs may lead to project postponements and/or additional costs.

6. Revisions & Modifications Policy

  • Modifications and revisions shall be billed on an hourly basis, contingent on the number of personnel deployed to the project.
  • Any request for revisions beyond the initially agreed-upon scope may necessitate the allocation of additional resources, thereby incurring supplementary charges.

7. Confidentiality Clause

Both parties mutually agree to uphold the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged over the course of the engagement.

8. Liability Limitation

  • Best Option Funding Inc. shall bear no responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the utilization of our services.
  • No specific commercial outcomes are assured as a result of engagement with our services.
  • We disclaim liability for any third-party software or tools integrated into our deliverables.

9. Termination Clause

  • Either party reserves the right to terminate a project with written notice.
  • Any work completed up to the termination date shall be subject to full payment.

10. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the prevailing laws of New York. Any legal disputes shall be adjudicated within the courts of New York, New York.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms as deemed necessary. Continued engagement with our services subsequent to any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
